During the “staycation” at home, we know some people might start to feel bored or need some sweat plan! Our team of Fitness Trainers would want you to continue to keep fit and healthy during these times.

We are glad to introduce you – Fitness At Home! A series of fitness videos filmed by our Club Instructors that we will update on the Club’s website! Members are required to log in the Club’s website and enjoy the workout at the comfort of your home.

Beginners Tabata by Instructor Mae Sun

In this week’s video series of Fitness At Home, we are pleased to introduce Beginners Tabata by instructor Mae! A 38-minute session, including warm-up, and an introduction of to 6-exercises – squats / push-ups / left lunge / right lunge / mountain climbers / bicycle abs, and then Mae will lead Members to finish each workout for 8 rounds! Don’t worry, this is geared for any level of fitness! So, get off your couch it’s time to sweat!
